The business is a new building with innovative characteristics which offers accommodations in beautiful rooms as well as catering.
Restaurant: 60 seated places. Ideal for lunches, dinners and parties with music.
The Menu: we offer specialties of the traditional Cimbrian kitchen and our traditional dishes cooked in a homemade way: the Malghese’s appetizer, beef stew, Alpago’s lamb casserole, spit, pastin ad grilled cheese. In our winery we have excellent regional wines and also from Collio.

OUR POINT OF SALE IN THE MALGA IS OPEN EVERY DAY
We are present on Wednesday and Saturday morning with a
Sales counter of dairy products at the Conegliano Market Piazzale F.lli Zoppas (Bus Station). In our company’s SALES POINT, you can only find products of our production made with the most traditional methods.
In an atmosphere of courtesy, we offer you genuine foods that retain all the taste and naturalness of the past. The meat and milk used for sausages and cheeses comes exclusively from our farms. Pigs and poultry, red and brown alpine spotted cows, alpagota sheep and goats that graze in Valmenera and breathe the pure air of Cansiglio all year round.
By purchasing our products, you bring a piece of nature to your table. Our specialty is VALMENERA sausage, made with the layering of ossocollo, bacon and ribs, and is prepared only with selected ingredients. Perfect for any occasion! Salami, Soppressa, Muset. These are our other sausages to taste and experience!
Among the cheeses, not to be missed, is our VALMENERA CREAM with a delicate scent, creamy heart and a sweet taste can be used for tasty appetizers or as an ingredient for main courses. The palate will be enhanced by the softness of our MALGA cheese, natural or herb-flavored CACIOTTA and fresh, smoked or grated RICOTTA.
