Since 1950 the Brandalise Butcher’s shop has been carrying on the family tradition in the sale and preparation of meat. A stone’s throw from Santa Croce’s lake and Cansiglio, you will find fresh butchered meats and local specialties such as lamb from Alpago and pastin. Do not miss the porchetta, the “pendole” and salami of our production.
This are our services in detail: retail and wholesale of meat and processed products (pastin); preparation of porchetta for events or parties as a possible catering service; preparation of seasoned and threaded spit; chicken, roast, shank cooked on a spit; cooked tripe. SHOP HOURS: our shops are open from Monday to Saturday from 8.30-12.30 and from 15.30-19.30, but Wednesday afternoon and Sunday we are closed. During the summer we are open also on Sunday mornings.

OUR PRODUCTS: in our shops you can find the typical specialties of our territory such as pastin, sausage, speck, loin, bacon, smoked fillet…. Many other products all of our production following our tradition. We recommend Vittorio’s porchetta, strictly homemade, and our pendole (smoked pork).

Every day you can find weekly butchered beef, pork, veal, fresh poultry and for your holidays we prepare stuffed roasts and other specialties to order (fillet with pepper, meat sandwiches, etc.).
And fresh lamb upon reservation.

In the butcher’s shop in Spert you will also find cooked products such as spit-roasted chicken, shanks, skewered meat.
