Restaurant “La Huta” is located in the magnificent Cansiglio Forest, near the Cimbrian village of Pian Osteria, one of the 8 Cimbrian villages where, as of today, people are still maintaining architectural and culinary traditions of this ancient Germanic population.
The restaurant, recently renovated, offers warm and welcoming spaces and a various kitchen that ranges from traditionally Cimbrian dishes to ones original of the Alpago’s Basin.

And welcoming you at the Huta there will be soups, dumplings, homemade pasta with wild boar ragout or mushroom sauces or second courses based on venison or beef, pastin or cooked cheese to welcome you, not to forget the traditional sauerkraut of Pian osteria and the delicious desserts.
