Surrounded by the Cansiglio’s Plain, “Risto Golf Cansiglio” by Ruben della Libera offers refreshment to golf players and also to guests that come walk immersed in the greenery.
Our restaurant proposes local dishes prepared with equally local ingredients to enjoy accompanied by nature.
The tagliatelle, gnocchi and tortelli are all made by us with fresh pasta and the condiments are chosen between our land’s produce.
The “pastin”, as a main course, is a dish typical of the province of Belluno: salted and spicy salami dough cooked on the grill, excellent with baked potatoes or seasonal vegetables.
To end the meal: a good dessert, strictly homemade, and a good coffee to give you the energy you need to keep playing or to go for a walk-
